Deciding on an agent to sell your property:

Visiting an agents Open Home is a great opportunity to see how they represent a property and present their business and then sit back a few days to see how thorough they are ie did they follow up with a phone call to see if you were interested in the property you attended.

  • Presentation:    Look at your property from the eyes of a buyer—what needs to be improved
