- Subscribe to the free e-mail alerts offered by both this site and other real estate portals which will let you know immediately properties are put on the market.
- Find the floor plan that works for your family such as north facing living areas, outdoor entertaining area and space in the rear yard for kids to play.
- Make any offer to purchase subject to a pest and building inspection.
- Organise the pest and building inspection to ensure the property is structurally sound.
- Have a solicitor or conveyancer check the contract of sale.
